Franchise FAQsQ: What size is a standard Squisito®
restaurant? A: Our standard restaurant prototype is 2,000 – 3,000 sq. ft. plus a patio. While this is our standard prototype, our concept is flexible for other non-traditional real estate opportunities and restaurant conversions.
Q: What kind of franchisees are you looking for? A: Squisito® seeks development partners that possess adequate financing to open multiple units over time. We are looking for motivated entrepreneurs who will be committed to delivering upon our standards for exceptional customer service. You do not need a food service background to own and operate a successful Squisito® franchise, but a background in business is required. Our proprietary recipes and training program will provide all the information and hands-on experience you need to serve up a perfect dining experience to your guests.
Q: What are the real estate site requirements for a Squisito restaurant? A: Squisito® looks for high visibility, prominent storefronts, end caps, outparcels, or inline spaces with defining architectural features, and a high concentration of daytime population with a target of 50,000 or greater within a five mile radius.
Q: Is financing available? A: Financing may be available via third party lenders. Squisito® is approved by the SBA Franchise Registry. The SBA Franchise Registry has streamlined eligibility guidelines and operating procedures that will reduce costs and processing time, making the SBA loan application process as fast and easy as possible.
Q: What is the process for becoming a franchisee? A:

We are also committed to the healthy and dietary needs of our customers. Unlike other Italian restaurant brands, we believe that fresh, authentic Italian dining can and should support goals for healthful living. Squisito recently worked with leading dietary analysis company MenuTrinfo, LLC and their staff of nutritional experts to develop a nutritional analysis for the Squisito menu. The partnership resulted in the reformulation of Squisito recipes to improve nutritional values across the entire menu. New meal portions have also been added, named "medio" and "grande", two sizes of dishes to allow our guests better portion control. Squisito also features a ‘Healthy Choice’ menu section called Mangia Healthy. These highlighted dishes were designed to offer guests 700 calorie-or-less options.
